Welcome to Lipslay. By accessing or using our website, app, or booking services in the UAE, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Services
Lipslay is an on-demand marketplace that connects customers with independent professionals for home services such as cleaning, salon, spa, healthcare, maintenance, pest control and lifestyle services.
2. Bookings & payments
Prices are shown in AED before you confirm. Payment may be made by card, wallet, or cash where offered. Cancellations and reschedules follow our Cancellation & rescheduling policy (/cancellation).
3. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate address and contact details, ensure safe access for professionals, and use the platform lawfully. Abuse, fraudulent bookings, or harassment may result in account suspension.
4. Professionals
Service providers are independent contractors. Lipslay helps with matching, scheduling and support, but the service quality is delivered by the professional assigned to your booking.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Lipslay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lipslay after changes means you accept the updated terms.
